Oh my goodness ,, time is flying by and I have hardly started on Christmas preparations ,, have still to write most of my cards and haven't bought any pressies yet !!!,,, at least the mince pies are done ,,, thats the main thing eh !! :-)

Time for a new theme on the Papertake Weekly challenge

CHRISTMAS BIRTHDAYS ,, Birthday Card with a winter theme so use white / cool tones and winter images etc

This was a perfect theme for me because it is my BIL's 60th birthday on Christmas Day .

I used my lovely but very neglected Penny Black Xmas Pilgrims stamp, coloured with copics and the edges inked with Broken China Distress Ink . the paper is Magnolia and I inked the edges with white pigment ink and embossed with white powder. I used plenty of star dust stickles and Diamond Dust for the snowy floor :-) the sentiment is a Melissa Frances rub on and the snowflake is a Martha Stewart Punch
