Papetake Weekly Challenge 1st DT 'creation' :-)

This is my first week as a fully fledged Papertake Weekly DT member :-) YAY !! :-)

The theme this week on the Papertake Weekly Challenge is 'Red & Geen Must Not Be Seen' and we are being sponsored by Stretch N Bubbles :-) The DT got some lovely images to play with and I chose to use the Christmas tree and made a Luminary. I saw one of these on the Colour Create Challenge blog, DT Karen had made one,, hers is fabulous, you should go and see it !! thanks for the inspiration Karen :-) x x

I used a paper download from Funky Fairys Papercrafts, this is from the Shabby Christmas set :-) The trees were coloured with copics and used icicle stickles everywhere :-) The snowflakes were made with a Papermania punch. the fancy edging is made using a fiskars punch.
You can see the instructions on how to make one of these here :-)

The DT have made some wonderful things for your inspiration so head on over to the Papertake Weekly Challenge to see them :-)

Thanks for looking, I appreciate all your comments so please leave me one :-) The DT would love you to pop by their blogs too :-)

I have a blog candy sponsored by Simon says Stamp at the top of my blog if you would like to take a peek :-)

Congrats on your 1st official posting with PTW Lols, your luminaria is stunning and I love the punch you have used for the borders. The icicle stickles sure sparkles and your tree images are a perfect compliment to this awesome creation.
