This is my 4th and final card as a GD on the Just Cute bears Challenge ,,,, my next one will be a DT card instead !! Woo Hoo !!,,, I have been asked to stay on the team !! Thanks girls :-) I am looking forward to being a fully fledged girlie :-)

For my card I used my lovely new LOTV stamp ,, I coloured the image with copics and added ultra fine glitter and stickles for sparkle. The papers are My Minds Eye and SU Artichoke cardstock. I used my lovely new EK Success swirl punch and a Tim Holtz Elegant Flourishes die cut. The flower was made using a Tim Holts Tattered Floral die. I used watercolour paper and distress inks for this, you can see a tutorial on how I made this on Christina's blog.
I love the Diamond Dust she recommends,,, brilliant for snow in shaker cards too :-)

For my card I followed Martine's sketch on the Basic Grey Challenge :-)I used my lovely WOJ A Little bit of Magic stamp. I coloured her with copics and decoupaged her onto a nestie oval, this was inked with vintage photo and dusty concorde distress inks, the cat is a Tim Holtz Kitty Cat stamp ,, scary eh ! :-) The papers are Basic Grey ( Kioshi I think ) and I used a Martha Stewart Icicle border punch. I made the skull charm using a TH skull stamp, white stazon and some black shrink plastic ( thanks Alison xx :-)) The ticket and stamp are also Tim Holtz goodies ,, a die cut and stamp set :-)

I coloured the image with copics and inked the edges with Stormy Sky distress ink I then added star dust and platinum stickles here and there The papers are Cosmo Cricket Nutmeg,the flowers are Prima and the sentiment is Hero Arts I made the tag with a die ,, no idea the brand and the twine is from American Tag I added glossy accents to the apples and a few green Robins Nest Dew Drops to finish :-)

Bah Humbug meets Winter Wonderland :-)

Definitely THE last card for today ,, but guess what !! I just saw that I won a spot prize on the Bah Humbug Challenge :-) I had just gone to have a look at the GD and DT cards ,,again ,, whilst the stickles was drying and my name was there in big RED letters :-) Thanks girls ,, I am really looking forward to seeing what the surprise is ,,,, hopefullly not a lump of coal ,, lol :-),, being a miners daughter I was often threatened with that if I was naughty :-)



The theme on the Bah Humbug Challenge is make the text the focal point and the Winter Wonderland is Monochromatic ,, I hope the touch of red and orange doesn't disqualify me ! :-/
I used this very cute Greeting Farm snowman image and made a shaker card using him as the 'O' in Snow :-) The paper is from a wild Rose Studio CD and a little Funky Fairys paper too . the S, N AND W were cut out on my cricut and smothered in star dust stickles. the actual snow is Diamond Dust ,, it really looks like icy snow and is quite heavy so it falls nicely and you can really hear it shake :-) I added a few PM glimmer dots to finish.



I am also entering this into the Anyone for Anya Challenge which is Monochromatic too :-)

Wild Rose Studio DT for a few challenges :-)

Dulcie from the Wild Rose Studio sent me a few of her new release stamps ,,, gorgeous they are :-) I love the new ladies ,, quite voluptious and easier colour and stay within the lines than the usual stick figures ,,, especially with my eyesight ,,, larger areas are better lol :-)

For this card I followed the fab sketch on the Charisma Cardz Challenge ,, who have a sketch spookily similar to our sketch over on the Sketch and Stash Challenge ,,, so do we have spies in our camps lol :-)



For my card I used the 'Lady with Shopping' I love Dulcie's names , says it as it is :-) I coloured her with copics and decoupaged her too. I used glossy accents on her beads and earrings and inked around the edges with yellow pigment inks, then added star dust stickles. The papers are also from the Wild Rose Studio ,, these are from the Japan paper pack. I made the flowers using my Nellie Snellen floral punches ,, gorgeous they are ,, they punch and emboss ,, fab ! I added pearls to the center. I also used a Martha Stewart Leaf and border punch too. The sentiment is also from a Wild Rose Studio Sentiment set.

A New Baby Girl :-)

A friend/colleague has recently had a bouncing baby girl and I made this card for her and her family ,,, this is baby No 4 ,,, she is a busy Mum !! :-)

I followed the lovely sketch on the Truly Scrumptious Challenge and the optional extra is to use Blue and Green ,, sorry ,, but as much as I was tempted I think it just wouldn't have looked right somehow lol :-)



I have a couple of very cute HM stamps which are suitable for babies ,, and it took me ages to decide on which one !! In the end I let hubby decide, he thinks this Love Bunny is THE cutest :-)
I coloured the image with my trusty copics and glittered almost everywhere ,, oops ,, I forgot to stickle the little hearts ,, they are smothered now ,, so imagine them sparkly :-) the papers are Bo Bunny and SU Close to Cocoa,, all the edges are distressed with a fab TH tool and inked with Spun Sugar distress ink. The sentiment is from a Simon says Stamp sentiment set. I added a flower , a charm and some Dew Drops to finish.

All the DT were given a choice of images to use and I chose this very cute Kaylee with Balloons from Some Odd Girl :-) Isn't she cute !! I printed the image 3 timed so that I could decoupage the balloons and coloured the image with copics. I added glitter everywhere :-) The papers are Basic Grey from the Cupcake paper pad I used red plain card for matting and cut a big balloon and number 7 out on my cricut. I used a Martha Stewart Happy Birthday border punch and then dotted a few crystal gems for even more sparkle ,,,, can never have too much bling eh !! :-)

My son, Sean, jsut passed his driving test so I made this card for him,, he took one look at it and said ,,, lovely ,,, don't write in it tho cos I don't want it !!! Kids eh !! :-)



I made a T Slider card while watching the 'How to Do it' video on You Tube. Not easy tho and it is all reinforced with allsorts after I scored it in the wrong places !! The image I used is a new one (for me) I have just fallen in love with these Changito Monkeys by Stampendous ,,, aren't they fab,,, sooo cute !! :-) I coloured the image with copics and masked it, then sprayed with blue with my fab Copic Air Brush, then decoupaged it too. The papers are Basic Grey Oliver paper pad and I used a Martha Stewart border punch and added a few Robins Nest Dew Drops.



The sentiment is also a stampendous one, which is really for the Graduation Changito , which I also got, but it works just as well for this image :-)

For my card I used the lovely Playing Dress Up House Mouse stamp. I love all my stamps but this one is a special fave ,, I have used this cutie ALOT !! I coloured the image with copics and inked the edges with Vintage Photo distress ink. The papers are Basic Grey from the Capella paper pad and beige coredinations. I used a Martha Stewart border and a leaf punch and the flower is a Prima Lilliput rose ,,GORGEOUS!! I used a little American Tag hemp twine and a heart charm, a few Robins Nest Dew drops and an organza bow to finish :-)
