Cards for Bella blog hop

Erin and Denise have organised a series of blog hops ,, one starting each Tuesday for the next 4 weeks to raise awareness of a little girl called bella who has recently suffered from a terrible virus which has left her severely physically disabled. I have sent this card to Bella with a small gift and my love and best wishes while she is undergoing a very difficult rehabilitation.

I used my lovely new Hero Arts peacock stamp,, so pretty :-) This was a gift from Heidi at Simon Says Stamp :-) thanks Heidi xx Very little colouring with copics and lots of Hero Arts gems added to the tail :-) The papers are Basic Grey from my new Cappella paper pad. I uswed some pure silk ribbon and the decotarive pin is from Maya Road
I made the flower using my fab new Tim Holtz Tattered Floral die I cut them out of white card sprayed with water ,, scrunched then opened out and dried, I then used my copic air brush to spray the colour,, then added star dust stickles :-)
The sentiment is also from Hero Arts

House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge ,,,,, New Something

I really enjoyed coming to see all your fab entries to our 'Sweet' House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge ,,, a few more HM stamps added to my wish list now !!

For my card I used my gorgeous happy Hoppers Wishin Well image, coloured with copics and the edges are coloured with stormy sky distress ink. the papers are MME ,,, I also added some Happy Hoppers paw prints ,, stamped in brown chalk Hero Arts ink The lovely oriental charms were a gift from my lovely buddy Ria when I met her in Holland :-)

Sketch and Stash Challenge ,,, Lisa's Sketch :-)

It was Lisa's turn to design the sketch for this Sketch and Stash Challenge and she has done a brilliant job ! Fab sketch ! :-)

The DT were given a choice of images to use, for this card I didn't use the one I chose ,, long story and I won't bore you with the details ,, just suffice it to say you will see that one in 2 weeks time !! This image is a new one that my lovely friend Emma bought me for my birthday I coloured the image with copics and the edges coloured with distress inks, pigment ink and embossed with sparkle :-) I stamped paw prints and wrapped some wool around them. The papers are My Minds Eye and these were a gift from Joanne :-)
I also used my neglected Martha Stewart Lacey border punch :-)

I will be entering this card into the Meljen Designs Challenge
the theme is Lace, Ribbon, Fiber ,,, I have 2 of the 3 :-)



I also made a card using my Pop-U-lar Fun House Mouse stamp. I wouldn't say the stamp is neglected as much as unused for ages :-) The balloons were made on my cricut ,,, that is neglected ! The papers are new and from Creating Keepsakes.



The mice paw prints are a PB stamp and I added a few gems too. I also used a Martha Stewart border punch on this too :-)

Simon Says Stamp Challenge on the Papercraft Planet :-)

I made this card to enter the Simon Says Papercraft Planet Challenge :-) The theme for this month is 'Oh Boy'




I followed Jo's fab design on the Sketch Saturday Challenge :-) I rotated it and made it to fit a rectangular card :-) Heidi from Simon Says Stamp sent me a pack of these lovely Hero Arts cards ,, so had to use one :-)
I used my lovely Monica with Pacifier (dummy in English) :-) coloured with copics and mounted onto a light brown Whitewash Coredinations ,, love this stuff ! the papers are digi downloads from Funky Fairys. The ribbon is SU and the buttons were in my button drawer.

For my card i used one of Dulcie's gorgeous Gardening Millie stamps from the Wild Rose Studio The are also from the Wild Rose Studio, the green flowery one is from the Floral Pack and the Purple one is from the Japan Stack. I also used some green coredinations that was embossed with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Folder. I added soem spotty organza ribbon and some candy dots and the flower is Hero Arts and Prima, mixed and a doodlebug glitter brad in the center. These are from Simon Says Stamp :-)

WOYWW :-)

Another Wednesday and time for a snoop around WOYWW :-) If you haven't joined in ,, it is fun ! Not only do you get to see other crafty places but you can see what everyone uses and maybe get ideas for yourself :-) We all like a good snoop eh ! :-)

OOhh ,,,I ordered loads of fabby stuff from Simon Says Stamp and the parcel just arrived :-)I have plonked it all on my desk for you to see :-) I told hubby I just needed to order some papers and asked if I could use his card ,, instead of mine ,,, :-) Well ,, he didn't bat an eyelid ( he may do when the bank statement arrives lol ),, so I sort of took advantage and popped a few extras in my basket too (wicked eh !!):-) Doesn't that TH spinner look FAB on me new desk !!




I ordered all the Magnolia papers ,, they are in the white packs with the red stripes , a lovely Pure Innocence stamp ,, love them all ,,, a WOJ Wee with broken leg ,,the new TH tattered floral dies and embossing folders , BG paper pads ,,, oohh loads of yummy goodies for me to go and play with :-)



I am sorry I didn't make it around to many desks last week ,,,had new windows fitted and Amy has exams ,,, so am a taxi service at the mo ,,, hope to have more time this week :-)

Ahoy Challengers!!! We be setting sail on a new challenge this week - can ye guess what the theme be? Aye, me hearties, it be, PIRATES!!!! Arghhhhh!!!!

Me name is Tax Evadin' Elanor Bonny and this be me ship all ready to set sail for a voyage round blogland,,, drinkin all yer rum and nickin yer ideas :-)

Avast, ye......look at the booty this week!! Blimey, its a good one!!!! 25 doubloons ($25) to spend at me favourite store!

For my card I followed Mina's fabby sketch on the Just Magnolia Challenge :-) I used my new Edwin Captain Pirate and Pirate notes stamps from Simon Says Stamp
Tim Holtz ones from the Lost and Found pad ,, LOVE IT !! :-) I used a Tim Holtz mask on the backgound circle and swirled some gold brilliance ink around a bit :-) The flag pole is a skewer and the flag was made with a bit of Claudine Hellmuth sticky back canvas I used a Tim Holtz skull stamp on shrink plastic to make the Jolly Roger :-)I did the sentiment on the comp it says Arr tis yer Birthday ,:-) ,,, all inked with vintage photo distress ink. The charm is fab eh !! it is from a lovely Blue Moon set of Pirate Charms :-)



I just noticed the little bit of a 3D pop dot sticking out from underneath the map ,,, ignore that lol :-) I decoupaged the sword and the roll of the map :-)

ABC Christmas M for Misteltoe and Blog Hop :-)

My goodness ,, we are already half way through the alphabet and as this week is Lacey's choice to set the ABC Christmas challenge she thought it would be a good idea to do a half way hop too !! Brilliant idea !! :-)

Sooo I went and found a site with all the football strips of all the countries and came up with this one ,,, Madagascar !! Pistachio, Vanilla and Chocolate with a drizzle of strawberry sauce :-)



This image is called 'On the Bench', I coloured it with copics and inked the edges with Stormy Sky Distress ink. The papers are MME and I used a Martha Stewart Happy Birthday border punch. The button, ribbon and charm were in my drawers :-)

Totally Papercrafts Animal Antics Challenge

Friday already and time for another fabulous Totally Papercrafts Challenge :-)

This week it was Mel's turn to set the theme and she chose :

The DT were all offered a digi image to use, I chose this gorgeous 'Cat Knit' image :-)
I followed Martine's fab sketch on the Basic Grey Challenge
:-) I coloured the image with copics and inked th edges with Stormy Sky Distress Ink, the papers are Basic Grey and the flowers are Prima sprayed with pearl Glimmer Mist and stickled with stardust stickles :-) (as always !) The corners were made with a Spellbinders die cut and the red pearls are from Kaiser Craft. I also used a Martha Stewart border punch and stamped some cat paw prints with chalk ink to finish the 'look' :-) All the products used on this card except for the image are available in the Simon Says Stamp Store :-)

Another Wednesday ,,,, this week has flown by :-) I am sorry that I didn't have time to create a special project for last weeks WOYWW ,,,but there were some truly fantastic creations out there !! :-)
