Simon Says Stamp Interlacing Trees

Hi all :-) I hope you're all having a fabulous weekend! 

Christmas is fast approaching, there are only 63 days left to go, and I need to really get cracking on making a load more cards!!

I just received a fabulous parcel of samples from the Simon Says Stamp Sending Cheer Release and in it was this gorgeous Interlacing Trees Die and  a pack of Christmastime EZ Strips Sentiments so they were my starting point. 

I die cut the Interlacing Trees out of black cardstock and used a Tim Holtz Lumber 3D Embossing Folder to add texture. I then added Prisma Glitter onto the tops of the branches. For the background I used a sheet of Whimsy Stamps Blurry Flurries Paper. I added some sparkly Snowflakes and finished with the Christmastime sentiment, to which I also added a frosting of glitter. 

I am thinking of making several of these, although I do like the trees in black, maybe I could use white or brown for the trees, hmm, what do you think?
