I used super cute Get Whale Soon Clear Stamp Set, 

I stamped and masked the sealife before blending Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink over the top. I then colored with Copic Markers and added a few dabs of Star Dust Stickles and a few sealife sequins. I finished with a white heat embossed sentiment.
