Eggstra Special!

There is a fabulous new Simon Says Stamp 'Favorite Things product release which has just gone live today!! In it are some seriously gorgeous products, and personal favorites of our lovely boss, Heidi :-)

Heidi and the lovely peeps at Simon HQ sent me a lovely parcel, and in it was this gorgeous 'Eggstra Special' Clear Stamp Set. (I think this is the cutest Easter set ever) and a Pretty Bows Die Set

I added some stencilled clouds for the background before coloring these 'tightrope dancing' chicks with Copic Markers, rounded them with a shaping tool, and carefully balanced them on the rope ;-)  I simply stamped and colored the eggs and flowers at the bottom and added the sentiment.

Now, obviously at Easter, we need chocolate eggs! so I used a Lawn Fawn Goodie Bag Die. I stencilled a design on the front and used a Simon Says Stamp Stitched Oval Die to create the aperture.  

and filled it with delicious Cadbury's Mini Eggs.
