Picket Fence Flaunt Butterfly

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is 

EASTER/SPRING

We're showcasing Picket Fence Studio Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I used a gorgeous Picket Fence Studio Layered Flaunt Butterfly Stencil and fabulously Glamorous Embellishments. I always think of Yellow as the main color for Spring so I went with it ;-)

I used Squeezed Lemonade and Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Inks to stencil the butterfly and then added Texture Paste and a sprinkling of Earth Safe Glitter over the top. For the background I dipped Watercolor Cardstock into puddles of Tumbled Glass Ink and then splattered with yellow and green ink sprays. I used  Tim Holtz  schoolhouse and Halftone Stencils to add interest and then added iridescent string and a vaiety of gems. I finished with some machine stitching and  a Tim Holtz Label Sticker.
