I used a CZ Designs Heart Panes Cover Plate Die and a Congrats Die and made a Wedding/Anniversary card 

I kept the whole design CAS and added some Pinkfresh Studio Ice Clear Drops and This Calls For Confetti Rainbow Wheels Clay Confetti
