I used an Alex Syberia Designs Sparkly Flakes Cover Die along with a Simon Says Stamp Dainty Snowflake Die Set

I love the CAS look of these.I added a circle of vellum and a gem to the center of the snowflake and simply finished with a Simon Says Stamp Christmas Acetate Sentiment Strip

I made a set of these to give to my Mum and will be in mass production mode making a bunch for me ;-)
