I love to Stencil and Splatter and for this card I used my favorite Tim Holtz Dot Fade and Schoolhouse Layering Stencils.

For the splatters I used Lost Shadow Distress Stain and Dylusions Lemon Zest Ink Spray. I used a new Tim Holtz Gentlemen Die Set and added a Silver Sparkle handle and cane tip, very dapper don't ya think ;-)

I used a Note Quotes balloon and a strip of Washi Tape to finish.
