Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge
This week the challenge is
SUMMER
We're showcasing fabulous Clearly Besotted Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I used a super cute Clearly Besotted Balloon Bunch Treats Clear Stamp Set and an In The Clouds Stencil
I colored with Copic Markers and added a few hightlights with a White Gel Pen. I added a few clouds and fussy cut the little kitty and balloons and popped on with 3D foam pads and added a few Birthday Cake Sprinkles. I used a MFT Stitched rectangle Frame Set and a Doodlebug Ove The Rainbow Paper Pack.
and I used the extra strip of paper to decorate the envelope
