I made a card using a Tim Holtz Baseboard Window and a Mischievous Cat as the main focus. She popped in a Transparent Layer behind the window. 

For the background I used a Glitch Cling Stamp Set, she white and black heat embossed the images, and then dipped the paper into puddles of Lost Shadow and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Inks and then splattered with Lost Shadow Distress Ink  She added a Brick Wall Mixed Media Die Cut, some Wildflower 2 foliage and finished with a Small Talk Sentiment.
