Waffle Flower Gilded Butterfly

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is

We're showcasing Waffle Flower Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I used a gorgeous Waffle Flower Gilded Butterfly Foil Plate, Gilded Butterfly Die, Gilded Butterfly Coloring Stencil and Butterflies Background Stencil. I have to say, I really loved making this 💛

I started by masking some of the Butterflies on the stencil and then used Mustard Seed Distress Ink to blend the color, I then used Starshine Stickles Gel to add some sparkle and texture. I then run the stencilled paper through the machine to give it a slightly embossed look, which doesn't show up clearly in the pics, but looks lovely and subtle IRL ;-) 

I used a Spellbinders Hot Foil Glimmer System and some beautiful Speckled Aura Glimmer Foil, this is so pretty! I then used the stencil to add some Mustard seed and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Inks. I finished with a Simon Says Stamp Trio Messages die cut sentiment and some irridescent string. 

and I stencilled some butterflies onto the envelope.
