I used a Hero Arts Tulip Bouquet Clear Stamp and Coordinating Die Set

I have recently returned from a lovely trip to Holland where we visited the tulip fields, and they inspired me to get this set and use it for todays card  :-) 

I colored the tulips with Copic Markers and used a Simon's Exclusive Tin Tile Stencil to make a simple background.  I am finding thst this is my 'go to' stencil! I just love the design of this :-)

I heat embossed the sentiment and fussy cut around it. 

and I decorated the envelope to match
