I used a new and adorable Stampendous, House Mouse Teacup Paddler Cling Stamp
I colored with Copic Markers and stencilled some clouds for the background. I kept the design CAS and simply added a strip of Sunny Studio Striped Silly Paper , my new most fave pack! Love it so much I have ordered a 2nd one! 💙
The sentiment is from a discontinued Going Places set from Wplus9.
