I must admit I struggled to come with an idea for this challenge but then I found an oldie but goodie Carabelle Studio stamp set that included this lovely quote and then the rest was easy ;-)

I made a card using a flower from a Tim Holtz Large Stems Bigz Die and a quote by Henri Matisse.

I used Fossilized Amber and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Inks along with Paper Artsy Sunset Beach Infusions for the background and added a torn strip of Simple Stories Cottage Fields Paper along the edge.

I dipped the flower in puddles of Antique Linen Distress Ink and then added some script text over the top using Dried Marigold. I then dabbed some glue randomly in places and added some gold foil. I added some stitching, a few sequins and of course the quote to finish.
