Prima Aviary Decor Mould

I recycled an empty cocoa container.

After!

I can hardly believe how nice this turned out! At one point I had thrown it in the bin and then retrieved it! I wasn't sure what I was going to use it for but then thought it would be perfect to keep my blending brushes handy!

I measured the circumference of the tub and cut a piece of Ranger Watercolor Paper big enough to wrap around it, making it approx 1/2 inch taller so that I could bend some over the top to make it look neater. I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks and Layering Stencils for the background and then used several ink sprays and some fabulous Paper Artsy Green Man Infusions to add more interest and texture over the top.

I painted the moulded shapes from Aviary and Herbology Prima Decor Moulds for with Dylusions Paint and then brightened with Ocean Teal and Enchanted Gold Gilding Wax before adhering them around the container.

And here's a close up,  The detail is fabulous isn't it! I just love these moulds!! 

I made some fun foam tubes for the inside,  I used a hot glue gun to stick them together.
