Prima Aviary Decor Mould

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is 

BEAUTIFUL BLOSSOMS

I used Prima Marketing Aviary and Herbology Decor Moulds and Decorative Tape and decorated an Etcetera Tag! I wanted this to be 'masculine' so kept the colours quite dark. 

I used Ranger Ice Resin and love how detailed the moulds are! This was my first attempt and am thrilled at the result! 

I painted the elements with a dark charcoal paint, I mixed Black and White Gesso together to get the color I wanted, and then applied a layer of Silver Gilding Wax over the top, it looks like pewter don't you think! I can't wait to try other colorways! Cream with Gold, Blue with Metallic Teal,,,, lots of options!! 

For the background I used Peacock Feathers, Lucky Clover and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide inks, then spritzed and splattered with a variety of Dylusions Inks before sprinkling some Paper Artsy Green Man Infusions over the top. I then used a Tim Holtz Halftone Layering Stencil and Embossing Paste, colored with Rustic Wilderness Ink.
