Use a New/Unused Product

Maybe you have had a product for ages or maybe Santa left you a new crafty gift under the tree! Whatever it is we would love to see it!

As it’s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Brutus Monroe. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.

The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week’s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz  on the challenge blog post!

I used a new Simon Says Stamp Champagne Flutes Die Set along with some new Brutus Monroe Golden Gourd Embossing Powder and a Stencil Girl Starlight Stencil to make a Happy New Year card.

I started by spreading White Embossing Paste through the  Starlight Stencil and while it was still wet I sprinkled with the Golden Gourd Embossing Powder and set using a hear tool, then splattered with Black Marble Ink.

For the Champagne Flutes I also used Brutus Monroe Dry Brush Foil and a Stressed Toner Acetate Sheet to add a clear ,shiny, artsy, design. I stitched around the edges and added some Circle Loops and a MFT Simply Cheers Die Cut sentiment.
