Simon Says Stamp ' Believe Acetate Sheet'

Happy Halloween!!  Maybe I should have been better prepared and had a Halloween themed card ready for today but as we don't really 'do' Halloween I made a Christmas card instead ;-) 

For todays card I used a gorgeous 'Believe' Acetate Sheet . These can be left black if you prefer OR you can foil them in any color you like!! I chose a gorgeous Gina K Red Velvet Fancy Foil. 

This card measures  4 1/2 x 5 inches. I cut a section out of plain white card and adhered the acetate on the insire. I then covered the edges with strips of red cardstock. For the inside I used a piece of  Surf Blue Card Stock and popped in a Tim Holtz Santa  which is no longer available but is very similar to THIS Christmas Magic one from Trinity Stamps. 

I printed the 'in the magic of Christmas' on my laser printer and used Therm O Web Black Foil, the lovely shimmer doesn't show up in the pic, but looks fabulous IRL :-)  I added a little Tim Holtz Christmas Design Tape, some Foiled Star Sequins and May Arts Red Twine to finish.
