I used a Label Messages Clear Stamp Set and Coordinating Die Set along with a Simon's Exclusive Party Like A panda Clear Stamp Set 

I coloured the image with Copic Markers and fussy cut him out, I need to get the coordinating die set!!! For the background I used a Large Ink Splatter Stamp and Spiced Marmalade, Twisted Citron and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Inks. I added some Silver Foil Metallic Fusion Sequins, Rainbow Wheels and Black String Burlap to finish

and I made and decorated the envelope.
