I love cocktail hour, especially when its buy one get one free ;-) haha
For the background I used Simon's White Yupo Paper, Alcohol Pearl Inks in Tranquil and Envy and some Blending Solution. I then used a Graph Cling Stamp and an Alcohol Lift-Ink Pad to remove some of the ink, I finished with Ring Frame and Cheers Die Cuts.
