Hi all :-) It's time for a new theme over on the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge

 This time its the lovely Karin who is hosting and the theme is

I used a new and super cute Stampendous, House Mouse, Balloon Fun Cling Stamp 

I made this card for a special friend who is celebrating her birthday this month. 

I added some design details to the balloons and coloured with Copics 

and I finished the inside 

and used a leftover scrap of paper to decorate an envelope
