Simon Says: Red White and/or Blue

Hi all!Welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!

This week the theme is

Red, White and/or Blue
It is the first week of the month and that means we are showcasing a particular brand/company. This week we are all using products from the fabulous Darkroom Door Company! If you don't have any of their products, yet, that's OK, you can still join in with the challenge but if you have some then please use them!

I made a trio of Andy Warhol inspired kitty cards using a Darkroom Door Sitting Cat Cling Stamp and a Small Circles Stencil. 

For the red one I coloured the cat and background using  Candied Apple Distress Oxide Ink. After stencilling the background using the Small Circles Stencil I then used a Tim Holtz Dot Fade Stencil, White Embossing Paste and a sprinkling of Prisma Glitter to add sparkle 

I added a couple of strips of Washi Tape, stitched around the edges, added a cat inspired Snarky Sentiment and finished the inside too ;-) 

For the white version I  simply used the stencil to emboss the design, leaving the stencil in place I used a Good Reading Background Stamp and a Smoke Ink Pad to stamp through the holes. 

 I used a Light Green Zig Marker to add a touch of green to their eyes 

 For the blue version I used and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide Ink
