Simon Says: Gift It

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is

Gift It

Make a gift, gift wrap, gift box, gift bag, gift tag, you get the idea!

We are showcasing  My Favorite Things Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have them we would love to see them used.

This week we are welcoming the lovely and super talented Michelle Lupton aka Handmade By Michelle into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven't visited her blog before you are in for a real treat!

I used a Deer Friends Stamp and Coordinating Die Set and made a wine tag and matching card ;-)

Being partial to a thimbleful of wine now and again this was right up my street ;-)

I used kraft card stock and the paper is from a Milk and Cookies Paper Pack . I used a Lawn Fawn Stitched Party Banners Die Set to create the tag, moving the die along a couple of times to elongate it. 

I should have bought some Bollingers or Moet et Chandon champagne for the pic, but I had a bottle of Prosecco from Lidl handy ;-)

I used a MISTI stamping tool so that I could ink and stamp the deer a couple of times to ensure a good coverage. 

It wasn't until I was taking a sideways angle that I realised that I had forgotten to finish the inside :-/ I will get onto that now.
