This week we are challenging you to
Use Your Favorite Tool
What is YOUR favorite crafting tool? Is it a Paper Distresser, a Fuse Tool, a Heat Tool, Die Cutting Machine? We would love to know what is your 'go to' tool!
As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store
Nicola is our fabulous Designer In The Spotlight! Please pop by to see her fabulous project and leave her a lovely comment :-)
My favourite tool is my Big Shot Plus, it is my 'go to' tool for almost every project. With so many fabulous dies available and having stamps and coordinating die sets it makes creating projects so much easier than having to cut them out with scissors.
I used a Tim Holtz Crazy Dogs and Framelits Die Set to make a masculine birthday card and a Mini Crazy Dogs and Cats Set to make a coordinating tag. Aren't they cute :-)
For the background I blended Pumice Stone and Cracked Pistachio over some watercolour paper and then used a Paper Artsy Eclectica Stencil and Mother Of Pearl Mousse to add some shimmer and texture. I then splattered with Marble Black, Lime Green and Tumbled Glass sprays
I also used a Tim Holtz Mixed Media 3 Die for the brick wall, using Pumice Stone and Fired Brick Distress Inks
Thanks for looking!
So now it's YOUR turn to get creating!
Hope you all have a great week :-)
Happy Crafting

so delightful!!! As a dog lover I so appreciate those stamps and your cards.
I'm loving the crazy dogs. The card has so much dimension. Is it the pearl mousse? Absolutely fabulous. You always kick up every card a notch or tow!
What an adorable set of cards. I like them. Janny
Love both this fun and beautiful card and tag! The colors and the texture on the background are fabulous. :)
Oh yes, the Big Shot is an amazing invention. We are so lucky to have it and it's impossible not to love it, right? Both the card and tag are sweet and very pretty! I love the delicate colors and the stenciled background with its funny texture. Love the puppies too of course! Hugs, Marzena
These are adorable! I love how you created the backgrounds and especially like how you showed us two totally different ways to make cute doggies. These two go perfectly together, yet each dog is totally unique. It's a nice mix, too, of street grunge and cuteness!
Two adorable projects and I just love how you use these crazy dogs, you bring them to life and give them so much character! I absolutely love them, Lols... xx
Such lovely project, Lols! The dogs look amazing, love the sparkly balloons! Hugs, Sandra
