OK so maybe this isn't your typically coloured rainbow but I think we are allowed artistic license, don't ya think? ;-)
I used a gorgeous Simon Says Stamp Build A Rainbow Die
I also used a lovely Cloud Bank Die that I just discovered has been discontinued :-/
I blended Tumbled Glass Distress Ink over the background and then used a selection of Squeezed Lemonade, Spiced Marmalade, Picked Raspberries and Dusty Concord Inks for the rainbow. I added a little Star Dust Stickles for sparkle
