Simon Says: Photo Inspiration

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge
Thank you for joining us for the Anything Goes Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week the challenge is

Photo Inspiration

The lovely Jenn made this lovely mood board for us to follow, you can use the colors, pictures, whatever you like to create your project. If it's not obvious please let us know what element you used in your write up.

We are showcasing our very own Simon Says Stamp Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used

As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store

I made 2 cards to share today, first up is a Tropical Island Card inspired by the lovely  sea aqua and yellow tones ;-)

I used a new Flamingo Background stamp, inked with White Pigment ink and then embossed with powder. I blended Tumbled Glass Distress Ink over the top and then used the iron and some kitchen roll to remove the embossing.

I blended Tumbled Glass and Spiced Marmalade Inks over the tag and then used the Palm Tree from a Warm Winter Wishes Stamp Set  and then added a little Taylored Expressions Flamingo to stroll along ;-)

I finished the inside too :-)

Next up is an Anniversary Card inspired by the waves and sun rays, can you see the rays in the acetate? COOL! :-)

A friend asked me to make her a card for her to give to her husband on their 1st Wedding Anniversary. they are both scuba divers and he actually proposed during a dive! so romantic eh!! ;-)

I used my Silhouette Cameo and a Studio File to cut the divers.

I used a Waves Stencil and Tumbled Glass Ink to create the sea and then used a Bubble Stencil, White Embossing paste and a sprinkling of glitter  fro the background.
I used Circle Dies, a Woodgrain  Stamp and Peacock Feathers Distress Ink to create the 'porthole' and used a Fuse Tool to make the shaker pocket.

Sheren was happy with it and I hope her hubby likes it too ;-)

So now it's YOUR turn, Happy Crafting

If your post doesn't take me to the beach, I don't know what will... Your two cards are so fun and creative, Lols! I love the flamingo image! The way you used that large cling stamp is fabulously with the tag design. The divers' shaker card is just too fun! Love!!
