I love the 14th of the month, especially if my Simon Says Stamp Card Kit has arrived in time for me to play along on the release day! ;-)
The May kit is called 'Showered With Love' and is full of cute and happy images and little sentiments. the whole kit is adorable!
I used watercolor paper and coloured the background with Tumbled Glass Ink. The sun and flowers were also coloured with distress inks and I used white felt for soft touchy feely clouds ;-)
I had a little piece of the plaid paper left over and rather than discard it I used it for a little extra interest on the inside, I also added an extra flower that I had coloured but I forgot to take a pic ;-/
Click HERE or on the pic to take you for a closer look at the whole kit.
Thanks for looking! If you haven't subscribed to receive the kits maybe its something for you to think about! They are always fabulous and fun and great value and if you subscribe they are even better value with a $5 discount from the regular price!!
