Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge
Thank you for joining us for the Use Some Lucky Stars Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
This week the challenge is
FOOD AND/OR DRINK
This is fairly easy and open to all options so we will look forward to seeing what you make!
As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store
Unfortunately the bird ate the fishy gift he was intending to give so the cat is looking slightly miffed. I used a Dot Fade and Splatter Stencils together with Stormy Sky Ink and White Embossing Paste for the background. For the grass I tore a strip of scratch paper and used that as a mask before blending with Mowed Lawn ink and then I used a brown pencil to dirty it up a bit.
So now it's YOUR turn, Happy Crafting
If you use instagram add #sssmchallenge to your challenge entry uploads so we can see them on there too!
You have until Monday 8am Ohio time. 1pm UK time, 2 pm CET to join in

What a cute scene! I understand you perfectly, once you start to play with Crazy Cats and Birds, you just can't stop. They are perfect for every occasion and match with absolutely anything. I like how you colored them and made the cotton ball. Great job! Hugs, Marzena
Hi Lols, love the humor in your card!! Naughty little bird! I think your friend is going to love this! Great background for your images too.

hey, just wanted to say, I don't see a linky link to hook up our cards with for the Monday challenge. maybe my computer is just acting wonky? but wanted to let you know. thanks. love you.
Hi Lorraine, this card is fantastic! I think I'm addicted to both these sets of dies and for you to use them in the one card is a wonderful idea. I love all the various textures you've used. x
What a fab scene using those fabulous crazy stamps.
Thanks for joining us at Craft your passion challenges.
Happy crafting!

What adorable scene! This card is so full of incredible details! Amazing project, especially your work on the background is fantastic! Barbara
I absolutely love the scene you created for this card, Lols! The bird taunting the cat makes me chuckle. I love to send birthday cards with humor and this is just perfect! Cathie <3
what an adorable card Lols...the crazy cats and birds go so well together and i love how you used real wool on the card...lucky lucky friend to be receiving such a fun card...hugs kath xxx
This is such a beautiful and fun card! I love those adorable images. :)
I may have mentioned before that I have a rocky relationship with cats (long sad tales from my youth that I won't take the time to bore you with), but I do still adore your card! I thought it was GENIUS (all in caps) of you to do the yarn ball like you did! That dimensional element was awesome and you have all sorts of cool layers going on here. Excellent work!
Fabulous card and I love that little detail of the ball of wool, which is so clever and looks fantastic!

What a fun card, Lols! The kitty with the bird, the milk and the ball of wool! It sure is its bird day! Hugs, Sandra
This card is fantastic but i have to admit that i stared a good few minutes to understand how you made the bow looking like a wool ball. This is so smart and it works simply perfectly with the whole card!!!!
Hugs xx
