Simon Says 'Create With Critters'

Hi all, and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge blog!

Thank you for joining us for the Ombre Challenge and we hope you will join in with our new theme, as well!

This week the challenge is...

CREATE WITH CRITTERS

We're not expecting you to use their tails as a water brush or sit your puppy or kitty on your craft table while you create but we would like them to be the centre of attention on your creation! If you do have a pet we would love to see a photo of them on your blog post, too! We love seeing your REAL critters!

We are showcasing LAWN FAWN PRODUCTS this week. You don't have to use them to join in with the challenge, but if you have them we would love to see them used! Lawn Fawn has all kinds of designs, but they certainly do an amazing job with the cutest critters!

I used Goodie Bags, Large Stitched Circle and Scalloped Circle Lawn Cuts Dies and Into The Woods Stamp and Die Set to make these super cute little Valentine Gift Bags 

I just LOVE little foxes and this little critter is particularly cute don't you think?

I used a Drawn Heart Background Stamp, inked with Pale Tomato Ink  and a strip from a Lets Polka In The Dark paper pack.

 For my next one I use the cute little skunk ( at least I think it's a skunk, I could be wrong ;-))

I used Neenah Desert Storm Cardstock and Versamark Ink to give a tone on tone effect using the same Drawn Heart Background Stamp and a Chevron Backdrop Stamp 

I thought I would show you the side view. To make sure the hearts were going in the right directions I masked the sides and stamped them separately. 

 And these are our pets, one kitty is hiding, but there are 7 of them ;-)

Tigger, Jack, Jezz, Pinut (who you can't see) Tom, Mopsy and Phoebe

as you can see 7 out of 7 cats prefer Whiskers ;-)

by the way, I am not a mad cat lady, honest ;-)

and this is Jessie, she is such a good girl putting up with all of these cats ;-)
