I used Bazzill Marshmallow Cardstock and Beach House Paper Pack 

I love the paint effect paper background and smooched some pearlescent paint across using a Tim Holtz Stencil, lovely and shimmery IRL . The tag was in the paper pack too and I love this whale with his tongue hanging out ,, haha
This is a birthday card for a friend of mine who is a keen sailor
