House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge ,,, V for Vintage

I am scheduling this post as I have loads of visitors at the mo' my apologies for not popping by your blogs but I will catch up with you all soon :-) x x

It is time for a new theme over on the House Mouse and Friends Challenge ,,, this week DT Heather chose the theme and she chose

VINTAGE :-)

We are sponsored by our very own Mary whos is generously giving away this very cute Cast of Characters stamp to one lucky entrant :-) You have until the 15th August to enter ,,, so plenty of time to join us :-)

I am not very confidant with 'Vintage' but a challenge is a challenge and this is how we learn eh !! :-) I need more practise :-/

I used my lovely Purrty Nails House Mouse stamp :-) I coloured the image with copics and coloured the edges with distress ink. The papers are Tim Holtz Shabby Vintage and I got out my sewing machine and sewed around all the edges. The pearls are from Prima, Say it in Pearls with Roses
The ribbon was on a bouquet of flowers hubby bought me for my B'day. I used a Martha Stewart border punch and added a few gems to finish :-)

Challenges :

Always Playing with Paper ,,,,,, Vintage

Dutch Dare ,,,,,,, Anything Goes

Stamptacular Challenge ,,, Out of this World,, you would never see a mouse painting a cat's nails eh !! :-)

Daring Cardmakers ,,,, It's a Girls Thing

thanks for looking :-) The DT have made some gorgeous creations for you to see so hop on over to the House Mouse and Friends Challenge to see them :-)

So adorable Lols! I'm stumped with the vintage challenge and need to think about it. Vintage isn't my thing and I always struggle with it. Now to figure out which HM to use. THANKS for the great inspiration.
