Papertake Weekly meets Basic Grey Challenges :-)
The theme at the moment on the Basic Grey Challenge is a beautiful 'Inspiration Challenge and we are to use this photo for our inspiration ;-)
I just think the muted pastel colours are beautiful in this photo so I've tried to choose my Basic Grey papers with it in mind,, I used papers from the Wisteria pad on my card :-)
The image is a brand new Magnolia image,, this one is called Blueberry Tilda :-) I filled her basket with flower soft tho so she has a basket of petals !!!
I coloured the image with copics and 3d'd her onto an oval nestie shape that I chalked with blue and green,,, I didn't have the right colour flower soft so i coloured ivory ones with purple ink and it worked OK ,, oh and I added lace stickles to the lacy bits :-)
The mesh ribbon is from Bunny Zoes Crafts The organza ribbon is from my messy drawer,,,,!
The sentiment is from a Simon Says Clear Stamps SIMPLY THE BEST SENTIMENTS Lot Exclusive Set
I followed Dawny P's fabulous sketch on the Papertake Weekly Challenge, I love this sketch ,, so nice and simple ! just my cup of tea :-) Thanks Dawny x x
Thanks for looking, I appreciate your comments so please leave me one ,,, also I have a weekly blog candy sponsored by Simon Says Stamp,, it's at the top of my blog if you would like to enter :-)
