Friday Sketch and Just Magnolia Challenges

I made this card following the fabulous sketch over on the Friday Sketchers Challenge
I just realised that the little bit at the right side was supposed to be seen on the opposite side too!! oops, think it would look better too !! Will try to fix it later !
It also qualifies for the Just Magnolia Challenge where we have to use a magnolia stamp and this week they're asking for some stitching on your creation, faux or real !! I used faux !! :-) You can't see it very well on the dark purple but it is there !!
I used 'Tilda with cross' stamp I coloured her with copics, it's my first attempt at black hair, not easy to do without it being TOO black or too grey, not sure I've mastered it yet but will try again :-) I 3D'd her to make her look like a real girl lol
I also used a Stampers Anonymous stamp, Tim Holtz collection to stamp a background with shabby shutters distress ink onto a piece of Basic Grey Archaic paper, it's the first time I've used this stamp :-)
The papers are from a new Basic Grey wisteria pad, I also used a little black magic coredinations, love that card ! The swirl is from a pack of Tim Holtz grungeboard, I coloured it with dusty concord distress ink and then sprayed with meadow green glimmer mist, it looks fabby in real life !! :-)
The flowers are from Prima and the brads are Doodlebug

All of the items I used on this card are available in the Simon Says Stamp store, they offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $100 ( that's easy to do !! )

Thanks for looking, your comments are appreciated so please leave me one :-)
Also my blog candy ends tomorrow so you don't have long to enter :-) Details are at the top of my blog

Hi Lorraine

Gorgeous card, Tilda looks so sweet, and love the papers and stamping.
I know what you mean about the black hair, you don't want it jet black but you don't want it grey either. I'm quite happy with the results I'm getting with the 'Slate' copics marker.

Enjoy your weekend.

Joanne xx
