Simon Says 'Decorative Ornaments' Christmas Card

 Hi all :-)  I have been having a play with some of the newest stamps and dies from the  STAMPtember® release and love this 'Decorative Ornaments' stamp and die set.

Did you know that there are only 96 days left to Christmas ??? 

 I used Simon's Lavender, Sunshine and Audrey Blue Inks and the coordinating Lavender Cardstock, such pretty colours don't ya think ? :-)

I stamped the Christmas a bit too far over to the right, not thinking where I was putting the 'Merry', but it looks sorta OK but if I was to make another one I would utch it over a bit :)

Simon Says ,,,, TAG IT

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. Thanks to everyone who joined in last week too :-)

This week the challenge is ,,,,,,,,

TAG IT

you can make a tag or add a tag to a card/project.

We are showcasing TIM HOLTZ PRODUCTS this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I made 2 tags today

For this 1st one I used Big Top Cling Stamp Set , Schoolhouse Layering Stencil, Linen Ribbon and Industrious Stickers

I hope this juggler doesn't drop his dreams ,,,, lol :-) I really didn't know what sentiment to put with this so just used the one that came in the set !! 

I used various Distress Inks and a Graph Background Stamp to make the background and then stamped and watercoloured the image on watercolor card and fussy cut him out before smothering him and the step with glitter.

Next up is my interpretation of Tim's September Tag for 2014. I more or less did exactly what Tim suggested except that I used Feathers for her hair rather than butterflies :-) I was intending to join in with the tags for the whole year but I got waylaid ,,,, I have a few to go back and catch up on. It is a great way to practice new techniques and get to know the products better :-)

ABC 'S' for Something Festive

 Freckled Fawn sent us all a lovely parcel with Washi Tape, Gems and Stickers. I made another little gift bag ( love this We R Memory Keepers Gift Bag Punch Board) and used the Washi Tape on the tag and added a little cute freckled fawn !! :-)

I used a new Simon Says Stamp Exclusive Lots of Snowflakes Stamp set and heat embossed with silver powder to create the background for the gift bag.

Wild Rose Studio 'Emily and Cat'

Hi all :-) I am supposed to be here with a card for this weeks Papertake Weekly Challenge but I didn't follow the theme  ,,,, oopsie :-/

 PUNCH IT OUT

no dies allowed,  well, I did use a punch but also dies :-/ ,,, slap me legs

I was asked to make a card for a little girl's 1st Birthday and she loves cats ,,,, who doesn't !!! :-) I thought this cute Emily and Cat image would be a good choice.The papers are from a new WRS Icing On The Cake Paper Pack

I used a real life model for my colouring ,,,,,,meet Tigger, and behind him is Pinut not wanting to miss out on a photo opportunity :-)

I die cut some Simon Says Stamp Balloons and glittered them up. the sentiment was done on the Silhouette Cameo. I did use a Martha Stewart Heart Border Punch ,,,,,

 and this is the inside ,,,, more little kitties ,,,,
