I used a fun, maybe a little bit naughty, Whimsy Stamps Meme Oh Look' Clear Stamp Set 

I colored with Copic Markers and used a Tim Holtz Bricked Stencil, along with Lost Shadow Distress Ink for the background. 

I used a Whimsy Stamps Chunky Checkers Frame, and fussy cut the card base to the same shape.
