Simon Says 'Dear Friend' Blog Hop

YAY!! I am here on Day 1 of  2 crafty blog hops to celebrate a super new 'Dear Friend' release from Simon Says Stamp!! WOOT WOOT!! 

I am thrilled to have been sent a parcel of samples and to have been invited to take part in the hop! Thanks Heidi, Susan and all at Simon HQ

I made a couple of cards to share today, showcasing the absolutely GORGEOUS Blissful Bouquet Clear Stamp Set and Fancy Thanks Die Set 

My neighbors daughter is getting married next month, so this set arrived with perfect timing! I have known her since she was 3 years old ❤️ I wanted to keep the design quite simple with a silver/white color with a splash of green, and I have to say, I love how this one turned out! 

I colored with Copic Markers and used Brutus Monroe Sterling Silver Sparkle Embossing Power. I used a Simon Says Stamp Falling Hearts Stencil and Tim Holtz Lost Shadow Distress Ink for the background and layered with Paper Rose Silver Foil Paper. 

and I made an envelope to match 

Next up is a fun Thanks card

I simply stamped the Blissful Bouquet background and then splattered with Dylusions Inks. I used Simon Says Stamp Clustered Leaves Outline and Details Dies to pop behind the Thanks sentiment
