I was inspired by the snowstorms affecting the US and UK and made a card using a fabulous Katzelkraft Windy Day Rubber Stamp 

I masked the image and used Pumice Stone Distress Oxide Ink and a piece of bubble wrap to add color and then used a Simon Says Stamp Falling Snow Stencil and Ranger Opaque Matte Texture Paste to add the blizzard. She added some machine stitching, Design Tape and finished with a Tim Holtz Small Talk Sticker.
