I made a card using Tim Holtz Tag and Simon Says Stamp Groovy Happy Birthday Dies.

For the background I used a selection of Distress Oxide Inks, splattered with water and then I white heat embossed the Simon Says Stamp Stamptember Candles. The American Crafts 'Sweet Rush' background paper, and the Groovy Happy Birthday Dies are in the September 'Let's Celebrate' Card Kit.

And I made an envelope to match.
