In my neck of the woods you can't have a party without a bottle or 2 of sparkly so I made a bottle tag using this fabulous and o' so cute  Tim Holtz Snarky Cat Christmas Cling Stamp Set!! 

I used an older banner die which is very sililar to one in THIS SET . I colored the image with alcohol inks (copic markers ;-)) and added a few dabs of glossy accents, star dust stickles and a prisma glitter here and there, finishing with a few sequins fior extra sparkle.
