I made a card using a variety of Washi Tape and a Tim Holtz Snarky Cat Stamp Set.

I colored the cat with Copic Markers and rounded using a shaping tool

For the background I splattered with Distress Resist and spritzed with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Spray and then used a Tim Holtz Ringer Layering Stencil and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Ink. After layering the washi tapes I used a pin to add some 'cat scratches'
