I used a new and super cute Stampendous House Mouse Peppermint Hair Cling Stamp 

I love circular cards and thought this cute image was perfect for this shape, being a snowman's head an all that ;-)  I colored with Copic Markers and added some Star Dust Stickles here and there. The sentiment is from a Mini Stamp.
