I used a new and super cute Stampendous: House Mouse, Windy Wish Cling Stamp

Did you used to play with dandelion seed heads? Flicking them off or blowing them in the breeze and making wishes?  aww happy days :-) 

I colored with Copic Markers and added some dabs of Star Dust Stickles here and there. The papers are from a gorgeous MFT Positively Peppy Paper Pack and I finished with some Lawn Fawn Lemon Cord. 

and I used the leftover strip of paper to decorate an envelope.
