I used this super cute House Mouse Balloon Fun Cling Stamp, one of my all time faves ;-)
A friend is celebrating his 50th birthday in a few days time and I made this card for him. The rainbow paper is from a Sunny Studio Spring Sunburst Paper Pack (another fave ;-)) and I used a Whimsy Stamps 'Happy' Die and a Creative Expressions 'Birthday' stamp. I glittered up the balloons as he does love some sparkle :-)
