I was inspired by these cards by our lovely teamie Kath, Favorite Technique and Darling Deer, and by

the Harry Potter Films. I made a petronus shaker card using a Tim Holtz Darling Deer Die Set and Simon says Stamp Birch Tree Window Die

For the background I used Ranger Watercolor Paper and sprinkled the bottom left and top right corners with Paper Artsy Blackcurrent and Sunset Beach Infusions, spritzed with water and dried using a hear tool.

I then blended some Faded Jeans and Black Soot Oxide inks over the top and spritzed with water.  To lighten it up a bit I then added somne white heat embossed snowflakes and splatters of white gesso.  I have to say I just love how this background has turned out! 

I used a Dymo tool for the sentiment, you would need to watch the harry potter films to understand it ;-) aI made the shaker element with double sided foam tape, acetate and a few sequins.
