It's Laura's last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)

I really had lots of fun playing with alcohol inks this week and really got into the spirit of the challenge, Christmas music playing in the background and enjoying a thimblefull of sherry ;-)

I wanted to make a Christmas card so used some gorgeous Silver Sparkle Alcohol Ink Card Stock and chose festive ink colors, lovely bright Crimson, Sunshine Yellow, Bottle, Silver Metallic Mixative and Deception Pearl inks for the background.

While the ink was still slightly sticky I added some lovely Brutus Monroe Dry Brush Foil, I love the distressed look of this! I used Tim Holtz Alcohol Ink Card Stock, Christmas Ribbon and Large Funky Festive Thinlits Die sets, all coloured with alcohol inks, and finished with a few Gold Sequins.
