I made a card using a few products from the latest Simon Says Stamp Rest and Refresh Release.
For the background I used an Anchors Cling Stamp and white embossed the design before spritzing with Mermaid Lagoon and Cracked Pistachio Oxide Sprays. She then used Rusting Powder on the Anchor to make it look old. I added some mesh fabric and used some shells picked up from a beach in Kerala, India (happy memories ;-)) and a few little pearls.
