I made a Halloween card using an adorable Simon's Exclusive Picture Book Labrador Die.to make a pair of Trick or Treat Pups.
My little Jessie is the one on the left and her buddy Charlie is on the right, he has gone to live in the UK now so we don't get to see him IRL anymore, but I am sure if he was here he would be taking Jessie trick or treating ;-)
For the background I used a Tim Holtz Mixed Media 3 Die for the brick wall. I inked the 'grouting'with Pumice Stone ink and I coloured the bricks with Fired Brick Distress Oxide and then spritzed with shimmer.
I am addicted to adding Rusting Powder to the gate and fence,, looks fab don't you think!

Oh, Lols! The way you made the bakground is just amazing and so much real! I love the bricks a lot, hard to believe it's made with this die! Fabulous idea of painting them with color and left the rest in grey! I'm impressed! I love your couple of doggies and the spooky fence too. Hugs, Marzena
